Collaborative Care for Your Patients

This referral-based diagnostic ultrasound service provides high-quality abdominal ultrasound and echocardiography to support veterinary practices in their diagnostic workups—while keeping patient care and client relationships firmly with the referring veterinarian.

The service is designed as a true extension of your practice, offering diagnostics only (no transfer of care), prompt and detailed reporting, and clear communication to support clinical decision-making. Clients are consistently reminded that their primary veterinarian remains responsible for treatment and follow-up.

Services include:

  • Abdominal Ultrasound: Comprehensive evaluation of abdominal organs (liver, spleen, kidneys, GI tract, pancreas, adrenal glands, lymph nodes, urinary tract, and more), with optional ultrasound-guided procedures such as fine needle aspirates, biopsies, fluid sampling, and cystocentesis when appropriate.
  • Echocardiography: Full cardiac assessment including chamber measurements, valve function, Doppler analysis, disease evaluation, and ACVIM staging, with complete interpretation provided.

What referring veterinarians can expect:

  • Timely access to diagnostic imaging
  • Clear, thorough reports with findings and recommendations
  • Collaborative, respectful partnership
  • Preservation of the veterinary-client-patient relationship

Referrals are easy to coordinate, with appointments scheduled directly through the clinic. Referring teams are asked to provide patient signalment, relevant history, lab work, and specific diagnostic questions below to ensure the most effective evaluation.
